The evening commences with appetizers and no-host cocktails as you peruse and bid on the stunning Festival of Trees, all while enjoying the delightful melodies of the Caroling Connection. Each beautifully adorned tree, complete with gifts, is available to take home if you are the fortunate winner. Following this, proceed to the Grand Ballroom for a sumptuous holiday feast. The dinner begins with a salad featuring candied nuts, cranberries, feta cheese, and sliced pears. You may then select your main course from the following options: 1. Steak with shrimp, scalloped potatoes, and stem-on carrots; 2. Northern salmon with lemon butter, scalloped potatoes, and green beans; or 3. Red lentil pasta with tomato sauce and roasted vegetables. For the grown-ups, there's a buffet that’s more loaded than Santa’s sleigh, featuring fresh fruit, green salad, pasta salad, chocolate muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes (blueberry, banana, and the good ol' plain ones), Brezel's menudo, baked ham with a cherry glaze, and carved turkey with stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce—all for just $20!
